Research Group Leader

Prof. Dr. Heike Markus is a professor at Hof University of Applied Sciences. She has many years of experience in strategy development and long-term planning at Munich Airport and in globally active industrial companies with a focus on “Integrated Planning and Controlling”, “Supply Chain Management” and “Advanced Analytics”. She currently leads the Operational Excellence (M.B.A. and Eng.) degree programme, the Digital Transformation (M.A.) degree programme, heads the FG Digitalisation of the Supply Chain research group and the Digital Management Competence Centre at Hof University of Applied Sciences. Among other things, she teaches the modules “Industry 4.0” and “Applied Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence and Internet of Things”.
